Tour Itinerary

Day 1. Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National park

Meet your driver guide who is our company representative in the morning, have a short briefing about the safari and the highlights of the safari before departing to Bwindi Impenetrable National park. You will have a stopover at the Equator and take photos or u can have a cup of coffee, purchase souvenirs.

Continue south-west having lunch in Mbarara, it is also called the land of milk, very famous for the long horned cattle. After lunch enjoy the beautiful landscape, of hills and valleys of the pearl of Africa. We arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable national park in the evening and go to the lodge for dinner. Day 2. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable national park

After an early breakfast, head to the offices of the park for a briefing before beginning the exciting gorilla tracking adventure. The guide will detail you about the day’s activities and then you will head to the forest to search for the giants. The time for the tracking is very unpredictable but will depend on the gorillas’ movements. The tracking will involve passing through the steep rugged terrain which is somehow tiresome but it will give you an experience of coming face to face with the gorillas. After an hour with them, you will return to the lodge. OVERNIGHT AT GORILLA MIST CAMP.
Day 3. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park and evening game drive.

You will set off early from your lodge after breakfast for an early morning game drive to spot early risers, nocturnal mammals and predators before they go back to their hideouts. The morning game drive is one of the most exciting activities in Queen Elizabeth national park. Expect to spot hippos, buffaloes, antelopes, leopards lions and some of the rare bird species. The game drive takes 3 hours and could be done in the Mweya plains or Kasenyi plains and after the game drive, return to the lodge for lunch and rest.

In the afternoon, your driver guide will transfer you to the Kazinga channel for the boat cruise. The channel attracts a great variety of bird species- more than any other place in Africa. You will be able to spot crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, hippos bathing in the waters and after the cruise drive back to the lodge for dinner. OVERNIGHT AT PUMBA SAFARI COTTAGES.
Day 4. Game drive and boat cruise on the Kazinga channel.

Day 5. Explosion crater lakes, depart to Kampala.

After breakfast, go out for the scenic explosion crater drive. Though there is no much game animals, the crater drive can give you the magnificent views and can give you a chance of seeing more mammals and reptiles. After depart for Kampala or Entebbe and make a stopover at the Equator for photography and lunch, then continue to Entebbe for your flight.
